If you have a mat, please bring it…if you don’t have one, we have one for you! I start promptly; so please don’t be late.
PLEASE try to donate $6.00-$10.00 per class. If you are unable to donate that amount, please just give what you can. If you do not live in the area and still would like to take my yoga classes, please visit the ‘Online Classes’ page for more information.
Yoga Bliss: This is a nice, relaxing, de-stressing class for all levels. Come gain flexibility and learn postures to help lower blood pressure, balance hormones and more in this class. Prenatal welcome.
Yoga Fusion: A toning and tightening yoga workout! We will strengthen and tighten up that entire body with moving poses and exercises. All levels are welcome! Come challenge your mind and body in this ultra fun class!
Yoga Beginners/Intermediate: This is a terrific class for all levels. Not as relaxing as Mondays, and not as vigorous as Wednesdays…a perfect blend of the two.
